Silver Airways Corp., a US-based airline company, has launched a new service between West Palm Beach and Tampa, expanding its intra-Florida route network.
"Silver Airways means business in the State of Florida, a notion strongly supported by our new flights," said David Querio, COO of Silver Airways. "Business travelers save nearly five hours of travel time flying with us between West Palm Beach and Tallahassee versus driving. This level of added convenience and increased productivity facilitates business growth, something we're eager to contribute to everywhere we fly."
Silver Airways will deploy its Saab 340Bplus aircraft on its new Florida routes. Each Silver Airways Saab 340Bplus is outfitted with leather seating, overhead bins, personalized flight attendant service, on-board lavatories, and a noise reduction system.
From Tampa International Airport, Silver Airways operates 112 weekly departures, nine gateways in Florida and The Bahamas. In Florida, they are Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Key West, Pensacola, Tallahassee and West Palm Beach. In The Bahamas, it is Georgetown (Great Exuma).
