Kikkoman Foods Europe (KFE) Receives HACCP Certification

(COMPANY PRESS RELEASE) The HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) system is currently the most highly acclaimed sanitation control system for food processing plants.

Interest in HACCP is extremely high in Europe, with major industrial customers inquiring about the status of KFE's adoption of the system. Consequently, KFE undertook the full-scale introduction of HACCP and filed for certification in December of last year. As a result, the company received two regular inspections conducted by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Ltd. and acquired
HACCP certification on April 21, 1998.
