ENSERVCO appoints vice president of field operations

ENSERVCO Corporation, a provider of well-site services to the domestic onshore conventional and unconventional oil and gas industries, has promoted Austin Peitz to vice president of field operations.

Peitz, who joined the Company's Heat Waves division in 1998 and ultimately became its general manager, assumes responsibility for all field operations at the Company's two operating divisions, Heat Waves and Dillco Fluid Services.

Peitz, has led Heat Waves' geographic expansion during the past six years, and directed the opening and staffing of new service yards in Carmichaels, PA (Marcellus and Utica Shale regions), Killdeer, ND (Bakken Shale region), and Cheyenne, WY (Niobrara Shale region). He also was responsible for the design of ENSERVCO's proprietary fluid heating units - advanced truck mounted heating systems designed exclusively for use in the Company's frac water heaters and hot oiling trucks, the company said.

Rick Kasch, president and CFO, said, "Austin has played a key role in our growth during recent years. His efforts have helped us establish strong market share positions in many of the nation's most active unconventional oil and gas fields. He also has been instrumental in building our customer network and has established master service agreements with many of the leading exploration and production companies operating in North America. Our position in the energy services industry has never been stronger, and we are pleased Austin will play an expanded role in our growth going forward."
