Endangered Species Chocolate has extended its current three ounce natural bar line with the addition of its new dark chocolate sea salt and almond bar and dark chocolate with cherry bar.
These two flavors bring the total of the natural bar line to 14 different flavors. Both bars contain 72% cocoa content and are certified gluten-free, kosher and vegan. The bars will be available at natural food stores, conventional supermarkets and on the company's website.
"Significant time and research was put into our new bar development", says Kelly Meinken, Director of Marketing for Endangered Species Chocolate. "We chose the final two new flavors in an effort to expand our natural product line and to ultimately compete with current trends. We are privileged to partner with Redmond's on the dark chocolate with sea salt and almond bar."
"In developing the labels for these new bars, we wanted to get the ESC consumer involved," says Nick Lee, Creative Director for Endangered Species Chocolate. "We sent out a survey asking everyone to vote on which endangered species they would like to see highlighted and we had a great amount of feedback that led to our new owl and puffin bars!"
